Hand-up Resource Connection partners with people that are down on their luck, discouraged, or struggling to help them find the resources they need to get back on their feet.
We are encouragers, cheerleaders, and advocates.
We work with people that strongly desire to change their circumstances in positive ways by helping them set goals and navigate through the processes to achieve them. We believe in giving people a hand up as opposed to a hand out.
We work with many existing agencies and non profit groups to ensure that people receive what they need in the most efficient manner possible.
Why do we do this work? Firstly, because it's the right thing to do and secondly, because many of us had people who poured love and resources into us when we were down and struggling ourselves so we pass it on to others to continue the blessing.
